Excellent and professional service from start to completion. Both Mitchell and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly while showing us around houses and suggesting houses/areas that might suit us. Chloe has also been fantastic - always available to answer any questions, keeping us in the loop at all times, and seamlessly liaising with the sellers, solicitors and mortgage company to get the purchase of our first house over the line. The CJ Hole team took away all the stresses of house buying/moving. It's clear that they care about their clients, and we will always use their services in the future. Highly recommend!

Lucy and the team at MG are nothing short of amazing! After speaking with several other agents to list and manage the sale of our property, we decided to instruct MG and what a great decision it was! When Lucy came to value our home, she was down to earth, honest and didn't try to flog us a list of corporate nonsense (unlike other local agents) and made us feel confident in their abilities as a smaller independent estate agent. Kat came to take photos of the property and again, was lovely, down to earth and really respectful of our home! - the photos/3D tour looked amazing! We were also looking to purchase a property in the local area, and the MG team took note of the exact type of property we would like to buy, again Lucy came through with our ideal home, knowing it was exactly what we wanted. Lucy took us to view the property, and we fell in love.. a few days after.. it was ours! The entire MG team made us feel as though our home was the only property on their radar, and that they would nurture the entire process from start to finish and they really have done just that - despite being a busy agent with plenty of other lovely homes under their management, it has been nothing short of a pleasure from valuation to offer accepted! In what can be a really stressful step in life, Lucy, Kat and the MG team made us feel at ease with their friendly yet professional approach - we would recommend them to anyone! It has been a pleasure talking to Ms Tilly Ryan the past few weeks. I was enquiring about rental properties for a group of new international students coming from Malaysia. Tilly is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and really helpful in her recommendations, taking into account the properties’ proximity to the university and her concern for the welfare of these international students who are moving to Bristol for the first time. She simply considered every factor before making her recommendations. However, we have not, as yet, applied for any property as the students are still waiting for the outcome of their students visas applications. Rest assured, when the students are ready to apply for any rental property, Tilly will be the first person we will contact. Tilly deserves praise for already demonstrating the true skills of an exceptional realtor. She is an asset to CJ Hole Kingswood in my opinion.
